Following the announcement that England will enter a national lockdown from 4th January 2021, we wanted to update you as to how we will be there to keep you moving while adhering to all guidance laid out by the Government.
Our Service Departments will continue to operate as normal - as we did throughout the November lockdown. We have now been operating for many months in a Covid-19 secure manner and are able to keep our customers and staff safe whilst using this essential service.
So, if your car is due a service, MOT or you require mechanical assistance please continue to book in as normal.
Our Parts Departments will be open for Click + Collect orders, please contact us to order your parts and find out about collection.
Once again our showrooms will be closed - however our sales team will still be operating and available to assist remotely with any enquiries you may have.
They will be on hand to help you wherever possible, such as sending videos and pictures, configuring finance quotations and valuing your part exchange. Vehicles may then be ordered remotely either by email or telephone.
You will be able to take collection of your vehicle either directly from our dealerships or by home delivery (subject to distance and travel restrictions) in a Covid secure way. Handovers at our dealerships will be conducted outside from a designated area with full social distancing practices in place to ensure both colleague and customer safety.
We are committed to providing a Covid-19 Secure environment for all our customers and staff, details of the safety measures we have introduced can be found in the risk assessment below.
