We are looking forward to welcoming customers back into our Covid-19 secure showrooms for appointments, test drives and enquiries. Our Parts and Service Departments remain open as normal.

Our sales team are still available for online enquiries, click & collect and contactless delivery for those who wish.

  • Social Distancing, with clear markers and instructions keeping customers away from staff.
  • PPE to be worn by the staff if social distancing is not possible.
  • Only 1 set of a maximum of two customers per sales advisor on duty, in the showroom at one time.
  • Operate on an appointment only basis where possible
  • If customer has symptoms, they will not be allowed in the building.
  • Screens on desks, or a 2m distance kept either side of the desk as marked.

  • Wherever possible service customer cars should be delivered the night before and left to stand before any work is done on them.
  • Protective covering to be placed on the steering wheel, gear knob and chairs while being used.
  • Contact points on vehicles to be disinfected wherever possible before work takes place on them. i.e key, handles, steering wheel, and gear-knob.
  • Courtesy cars to be sanitised between uses, with protective coverings applied when available.
  • Use gloves when touching any parts of the vehicle.
  • Demonstrator vehicles to be sanitised before and after use in line with our policy for cleaning demonstrators.

  • Temperature checks conducted and recorded on a daily basis prior to an employee starting work. If they show signs of a fever they will be required to leave the premises.
  • 2m social distanced observed wherever possible, if not then suitable PPE to be worn
  • Increased hand hygiene
  • No sharing of tools or stationery
  • Desk sharing avoided, if not possible then cleaned before and after use
  • Strict social distancing upheld in break rooms and communal areas
  • No unnecessary movement of employees between site buildings.
  • Shielding of employees who are at increased risk of severe illness from coronavirus, by keeping them either at home or in a reduced risk role.

  • PPE such as gloves worn at all times, a mask is to be worn if collecting a customers vehicle.

  • If anyone becomes unwell with a new and continuous cough or a high temperature in the workplace they will be sent home and advised to follow the stay at home guidance.
  • Contact will be maintained with the employee at this time
  • The management team will contact the Public Health Authority to discuss the case, identify people who have been in contact with them and will take advice on any actions or precautions that should be taken.
